Worked for the ITER Project on-site in France from 2005-2008 as Responsible Officer & Division Head for ITER Quality Assurance, & from 2008-2009 as Expert reporting to the ITERs Director General & Deputy Director General of Safety & Security.  Assisted in development of the ITER interfaces with international organizations such as IAEA, JSME, and ISO. Additionally, worked with code & standard writing organizations (SO) such as ASME, JSME, and IAEA. Active member of ASME Section III Committees, NQA-1 Committees, & ASME BNCS member.  Recently retired as the Chairman of Sub-Group Fusion Energy Devices for Section III (Division 4).
