Roles and responsibilities on Government Programs include, but are not limited to: Technical / management consultant in transuranic (TRU) waste management / business systems; Procedures for headspace gas system at the Oak Ridge TRU waste facility; TRU Site Project Management (SPM) support for AMWTP Idaho National Laboratory (INL); Engineering review and operations for remote-handled TRU Drum Venting System; Analyst for Energy and Agriculture Committees of NM House of Representatives; QA lead for DOE-SPRU to oversee SPRU Disposition Project Niskayuna, NY; QA Assessment team member at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL); Designed and implemented WIPP waste characterization and data management systems for Radio-assay; Member WIPP certification team with Carlsbad Technical Assistance Contractor (CTAC) to meet EPA and State of New Mexico requirements; Developed transuranic waste characterization documents and requirements including waste certification plans (WCP), quality assurance project plans (QAPP), transportation plans (site-specific TRAMPAC), and detailed operational procedures for waste characterization and certification.

Roles and responsibilities on Commercial Programs include, but are not limited to: Senior quality and design engineer oversight for Mitsubishi Nuclear Energy Systems (MNES) pursuing nuclear plant license in U.S. and Japan; Licensing team member on US-Advanced Pressurized Water Reactor (US-APWR) Program; Lead for FSAR Chapter 17 Design Certification Document (DCD) and Combined License Applications (COLAs); Managed ASME Code Section III compliance project for an ASME “N” Certificate (N stamp) for BWX Technologies design team on mPower SMR; Developed engineering procedures per ASME / NQA-1 / 10CFR50 App. B; ASME/NQA-1 Lead Auditor; Evaluated QA manuals for all characterization methods.
